This weeks task was to capture a number of images at Federation Square that embody particular design principles. Then we turned them into a cube! Here are examples of the images used and the final product.
LINE | The line of the wall draws the eye down to the cityscape.
REPETION | The repetion of the steps, tiles and the poles of the railing.
SCALE | This image shows the element of scale through the close up angle of the wall, and the smaller wall in the background.
SYMMETRY | The symmetrical framing and shapes of the vent and tiles. This image also shows repetion with the slats of the vent.
TONALITY | This image shows the tones throughout the bricks.
